Jezara Consulting was founded in 2020 in the United Arab Emirates and is continuously looking for the best practices and most efficient solutions in the market through providing top of notch tailored services to every customer. This has been achieved by having a deep understanding of customer needs, being involved in different positions, either as consultant, tower manufacturer or general contractor.

Despite being established on 2020, Jezara Consulting is managed by highly experienced management with more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunication and broadcasting markets for a global network of well-recognized companies in Canada, USA, Europe, South East Asia, Africa, and Middle East.
Tudor Arsene, the founder and the managing director of Jezara Consulting who is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, Canada, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the International Association for Shell and Spatial Structures and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geologists of Alberta has been serving the telecommunication and broadcasting market since 1996.
Having his Master’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and having an Executive MBA from Vienna University Executive Academy in addition to all licenses, certificates and growing experience enables him to be part of highly valued projects all around the globe.
